This has to be John Berman's most harrowing reporting ever. None of us can imagine what it is like to interview the mayor of a city who has witnessed the death of a mother and her children. John, you must stay strong now, for yourself and for your family. From this day forward you must do whatever it takes not to let this get to you. You've got a lot of reporting in front of you, but remember your work is helping us understand what is going on. To see dead children---I think this is the first time in my life---makes me realize that we have to accept that WW III has begun in principle. The Russians will find a way for NATO nations to make a blunder, then respond in kind and start the path to a global conflict.
