If I could speak to Sir Richard by these words I would like to say first of all, congratulations for realizing this dream and let's raise a glass to the test pilots and daring souls of your spaceships who gave their lives to make this historic flight a reality. Real people have died making this dream come true like all the dreams before it and I know Sir Richard has had to search in his heart for the strength to carry on and live with the fact that others have perished to make this new venture into space a commercial success. It takes courage to build a dream; it takes belief in oneself to carry it through. But what I would like to ask Sir Richard to think about is this: ESP. My invention this time to mean the Earth Space Program. Sir Richard, isn't it time we pool our efforts and get an Earth Space Program going and melt NASA and China's and India's and Russia's and Europe's and every other country's space programs under the same roof? Everybody is building their own widgets at astronmical prices when together we could be letting every human being in on the dream to explore space and the planets. Could you start this project: ESP? It would be symbolic at first, but we know in our heart of hearts that to explore the great beyond needs to be a world effort.
