  1.  @connecticutaggie  illegal immigrants come here to take jobs and thus aren’t usually homeless not that some don’t become homeless. Portland has very few illegal immigrants overall anyway. The city is one of the whitest you will find in this country.

  2.  @saintpreferred9223  Portland has very few illegal or for that matter legal immigrants. It’s a pretty white city. Texas and AZ have more immigrants legal and illegal than Portland.
