  3. @ravey9347 His insurrection is what he wants immunity from. The topic is what is a prez allowed to do while protected under immunity. I think they shouldn't be allowed to do otherwise illegal things. What do you think?

  10.  @djuro14  There was an attempt, more than 850 people have been convicted as participants so far, and the senate is Republican and would never convict Trump no matter what he did. There is no definition of insurrection that does not apply.

  11. @4 The Republican Senate would clear him no matter what. Some R senators still think the election was stolen, and most refuse to answer a direct question of whether it was. Obstructing which proceedings? Election proceedings.

  13.  @djuro14  I can't discuss when my posts keep getting deleted. Hope you understand. The case against him is for his insurrection attempt. You know that it's easier to get a conviction with more conservative charges. It does not redefine reality. He wanted to remain in charge despite losing the election, and committed several acts to try to secure it.
