  1. So it’s basically China and to a lesser extent Russia, deciding these things. BRICS is not about development as much as being anti-western at this point. So yes, KSA and Ethiopia will be good for that. Algeria if they wish to annoy France especially.

  2. It won’t happen. Spreading the idea is useful to get people to talk about BRICS. They rest is hard work abs compromises.
