  3. Daniel Penny murdered this guy and walked free. What law says civilians can summarily execute other civilians for any reason? Did Daniel Penny know he was on drugs? Did he even know him? No.

  4. Daniel Penny choked him to death. That's how Neely died. It's on tape. There's no way of denying that fact or shifting blame. He would be alive right now if Daniel Penny didn't kill him.
