  3. The problem is I know too many people working from home that don't actually work. Those who follow the rules that's fine. But some jobs you must be on site to do like giving tours. In a lot of people have been fired working from home because they did not do their job. It sounds to me like these guys are not doing their job. Plus if their architectural they pretty much have to be there in my opinion the buildings are no longer being drawn they are there and just need maintenance and repairs. You can't do that from home either
