We can't wait we've got to get this one stopped now. Otherwise it may be too late to change it. And no one should have a guaranteed job especially if they're not doing that job! When I was able to work every job I ever had you better be doing your job or you're going to get fired. And that's the way it should be. I was raised that you go to work you bust your butt and actually do your job and earn that paycheck. That's the way it's supposed to be and we need to get back to that whether it's federal government or any other job it does not matter. If you don't do your job get the heck out and let somebody in who will. Oh and if you're not doing your job and get fired for it you get no unemployment either.
