That other one was the same way. Statute of limitations ran out long ago why are they able to prosecute now? If it's true they should have prosecuted when it happened.

@austindrake4697 30 years? That's absolutely ridiculous the only thing I know of that has that long of statute of limitations murder and that's because that one never goes out.

@lindaselander9602 that's obvious by waiting so long to go to court. But the last one who did this got quite a bit of money from him. Don't know if it's the same woman or not but it doesn't really matter. If the statute of limitations is over it should be over. It is for anyone

If there's no proof and the statute of limitations has run out there is no leg for her to stand on it's over. If someone assaults you or gropes you or whatever you want to call it they need to be prosecuted then and they're not 10 or 15 years later.

@jennyeagan1840 either way if the statute of limitations is over they shouldn't be able to be prosecuted for anything. That's the way it is for everybody else why is Donald Trump different? I'm not saying he's right or he's wrong or he did it or he didn't do it obviously I don't know. But if the statute of limitations runs out on anybody else it's over. They can't prosecute for anything period And this is not the first time they've done that to him

@KamalaTheClown if it never happened what gives her the right to do anything? She ought to be in jail for falsifying records and false arrest and whatever else they can come up with this is so stupid. Last time you brought somebody up on charges that were false you went to jail. Bye bye lady
