According to a story in the New York Post the Pentagon has managed to find M1 training tanks to send to Ukraine and are building the refurbished ones to Ukrains specs, whatever that is. We'll see.

In reality the ukros are using M55S tanks, they have been seen in Ukraine beside a M113. Of course you have no idea what a M55S is, nor who sent how many to Ukraine. I don't think there will be any NK troops going, however what's to stop them? Ukraine isn't in NAFO or the EU so neither can do anything but whine really.
