I thought I hear that it is not compulsory. But then I think they would be coerced or else sign weekend duties.

@vincecarlo You know last time I used to be in Armour. Our air is super dirty full of debris and sand and diesel. We were given old dirty masks for protection. But the new clean masks were kept in store and not issued. That was how they took care of soldiers.

@vincecarlo And another 10 years of ICT.. at first 13 years.. luckily policy changed.. and lots of RTs.. and stupid bosses still pressurised us saying don't think you go for RT work has to be delayed.

@fidelcatsro6948 During my time, they also run compulsory community chest programme and blood donation drive. If don't do it, will get punished.
