These are generally targeted at high income earners with too much disposable income. The common folks can just do some window shopping and walk around the free parks

@user-vu1bc1ve1m It must be due to the X ray. Did they say why need to X ray? I have never received an X ray before except during the two times I removed my wisdom tooth.

@user-vu1bc1ve1m Oh this is also new info to me, the plus card. I always thought need to pay the monthly union fee, or need to apply like a credit card and need to have income statement. Yeah this dental billing, I also don't know how it works. Some years ago, I got friends telling me when they went to clean the teeth with blue card, they don't have to pay anything

@user-vu1bc1ve1m Yeah lor. Dare not even go for the recommended half yearly teeth cleaning.

@user-vu1bc1ve1m Thanks for sharing. The fluoride treatment about two years ago I was told that blue card ppl can do twice a year foc. Not sure did they change the terms and conditions.

@user-vu1bc1ve1m Yeah.. so far I did all plumbing work myself. Changing whole taps generally and once, changing the cistern pump. Then there was the leaking kitchen tap, because it is rather expensive, I chose to replace the tap cartridge. But I could not find the part for the tap cartridge locally. And after taking it apart, the leaks became quite serious when I fixed it back. While waiting for the item to be delivered to me, I closed off my water supply and was practically using water out of the pail for a few weeks. I had a good lesson on water cut off situation during that few weeks
