  1. I take offense to this simple "faulty software" explanation: This was a brazen no-redundancy, no-training and no-information-given capital CRIME! The no-redundancy design was criminally negligent, and the entire premise of keeping flight crews ignorant about a potentially deadly feature like the MCAS, just to save some bucks on training is deplorable. The majority of Boeing top executives were criminally negligent, responsible for the death of HUNDREDS of unsuspecting Being passengers! Make no mistake about it, but the norm is to let the big players off scot-free, which is exactly what i happening right now.
