  1. As much as I like to blame my own country for wishy-washy policy, I think this is a coalition decision on restrictions of use of weapons. It could be this policy is championed by Biden, or France, or the UK, or any number of other countries. But they move too much in unison for this to be one country telling the others what to do. The same holds true for drip-feeding weapons to Ukraine. All but a very few were hesitant to help in any way but rhetoric 2 years ago.
