  1. I think what you are seeing is a confident US facing down the increasingly desperate playground bully. The russians are just lulling the AFU into a false sense of security. The last thing they would expect is the Orcs to try another frontal assault in Bakhmut for the 20th time with no tactical maneuver. So basic it is brilliant! The problem in politics is double-speak. Saying things to get elected is a tactic on both sides of the aisle. It could be DeSantis would be a stronger supporter of Ukraine than Biden. But how would you know? You have to go with what they say. I would vote Biden over DeSantis but I have gone democrat over republican before. But then as recession sets in & Ukraine beats down russia even more, Biden might decide to turn his focus to more pressing matters.
