  1. The 2nd wave of conscription started last week. Very low key & the Belarus border is already closed. I thought there would be a declaration of marshal law too but this is very quiet for now. They had intended to 'snag' some coming home for New Years & Christmas then returning. Ukrainian intelligence got a clue this might happen & released info in some russian circles that they risk being drawn in if they returned. Most heeded the warning that knew about it.
