If a thing goes up 40% in value then comes down 35% in value from that high, its worth significantly less. Take a house worth 100k, if it goes up by 40% its then worth 140k. If it then drops by 35% it will only be worth 91k.

From your comment section it seems many are unable to do even basic math and deal with percentages. It might help your viewers if they understood how percentages work. Maybe a show is in order for educational purposes?

@galeriafuentes Not really, one typically gets hit by things they dont see. But you are right, this time is nothing like last time. Its actually worse. We never really fixed the issues from before. Just covered them up with free money.
