  1. Lets not pretend that most of these people are even putting 20% down. Do you have a way to find out how many of these people have 2nd mortgages? Does the average mortgage payment that is talked about just the primary mortgage or does it include the 2ndary mortgage as well? That could greatly increase ones total mortgage payment. Do they even keep data on that? That would be a good topic for a video or a discussion with one of your fellow youtubers. I have a feeling that there is a huge way of 2nd mortgage defaults. Best cartoon of the 80s was Robotech, sorry. Thundercats was pretty good though.
