  1. Relisting is super common. In 20 and 21 the would list get offers then take it off the maker then jack up the price. Rinse and repeat. It was funny watching home buyers chase the rabbit. Buying homes unseen. With an "inspection" where the guy drives by the property. It would be funny if it wasnt so sad. But I do see to recall a quote about a fool and his money.
