with the water shortage out there its insane that local jurisdictions are allowing this. I mean it looks like they have built all the way to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. When Lake Meade goes dry and the new water agreement gets passed, many of these little communities are going to find themselves on permanent water rationing. If regards to why Lennar is throwing all in, because of 2006-2008 and builders utter abandonment of many master planned communities, many municipalities require home builders to completely build out master planned communities now, to make sure they get the tax revenue that they were promised when they approved the projects.

@user-zk6fc3dw9e I dont get it myself. There are people who think they can just buy and resell and make profit. And for about a year they could. But most of those people are going to end up burning through all their profits. I knew several guys like that in California in 06.
