  1. my neighbor tried to sell his house in the spring of last year. I told him to drop his price if he wanted to sell. He didnt even get people to come by at an open house. Now hes doing all sorts of upgrades and going to sell again this spring. People never learn. His realtor is a criminal, but she has nice legs. lol

  2. if the fed pivots, mortgage rates may get cheaper, but everything else via inflation will explode. You might be able to afford your house payment. But you wont be able to afford eggs or ground beef. Thats if you keep your job. Housing is just a symptom of a ill economy. We need to let higher rates do their job.

  3. If the inflationary rate is 6.5, they need a 150 pt increase to get that rate to just be neutral. People are talking pivot when we are still at effectively negative interest rates.
