  1. Those houses at the 13 minute mark are future cat lady houses. Low footprint, easier maintenance, and small yards. Morgan Stanley pretty much hit the nail on the head with this one, I believe their prospectus said that 50% of women under the age of 40 will be childless and single by 2030. Those houses may be higher cost per square foot, but a lot of people are going to be living in them. Thats what happens when you dont make families. Why would a single person want a 2500 sq ft house?
