  1. Since these small banks, the ones who are at risk of collapse, are the one who do most of the lending for mortgages the exact opposite would happen. These banks will end up having to tighten lending standards making it harder for homer purchasers to get a mortgage. Perhaps you are talking about all cash purchasers?
