Thirdly, if California does secede it would be split in two, the "new California" would be south cali, & the bay area. The "loyal cali" would include the vast majority of agricultural land, and land reserved for logging. In other words, "new Cali" would have little to no land set aside for growing food, and no building materials of their own. Can you say import.
