  2. 5:50 Bolivian man also said yañes was looting them. I wish they would use subtitles when someone is speaking a foreign language. The translator speaking over people is annoying, quite literally 2 people speaking at the same time.

  3.  @erikt454  at least the indigenous people live in harmony with nature. The ranchers will probably introduce non native plants to feed the cattle. I'm not a rancher but I'm sure cattle can thrive on that land without completely destroying the native flora. Morality aside, all those trees would have been worth a pretty penny if turned into lumber. Brazilian cherry wood is quite expensive. Flooring made from that wood costs around $10 a square foot.

  5.  @allenkracalik7662  sad part is that those ranchers won't plant new trees to replace the ones burned. Logging companies usually replenish trees harvested because they understand that future generations need the forest.
