  1. What a delightful and innovative interior this home must’ve had in its day. From the sheer amount of craft involved in decorating it, to the interiors flooded with light and covered in orchids and palms. Wow . Art nouveau, in my opinion, with its vast variety and it’s respect to both natural and organic forms and rigorous precision, has to be my favorite movement in architecture, art, and ornament. Everything manufactured in that period, in almost every corner of the world, is a marvel to behold. Along with beaux arts, I see it as being among the peaks of human creative expression and development.
