  1. Obviously EVIL & no remorse possibly so is to be kept out of circulation for some time.But deportation is not the answer but how long can one keep him in detention?Are we in unchartered waters? Amazing that some are looking for commies & bringing up something so out of context. Therapy for obsessions like this is available, from my observations over the decades it all starts with a parent or even grandparent who had reds under the beds.
