  1. I was posting this comment within hours of the FBI search - good to know I've been proved right: He doesn't have the authority to declassify them. There are five levels of classification and the highest one not even the president can override. And for the ones that he can declassify, there's a whole process and paperwork trail to follow to get it authorised - he can't just declare them declassified.
