ROK is building at least, up to 3 arsenal ships in 20s, besides 6 Zumwaldt class stealth destroyers. The arsenal ship is to have about 300 missiles, 50 of them for the local tactical defense of the ship itself; the rest mix of VHV strategic ballistic missiles, and 'guard missile', missile version of 'loyal wing man'. VHV missile and 'guard missile' working in sync; 'guard missile' is to defend its VHV missile from the enemy ABMs, ensuring each VHV missile will have the optimal chance of getting through the enemy AD. I hear IDF offensive into Gaza is not going well; Battle droids are the future. Battle droid version of 'Technicals, and breech loading mortars' would be far more effective and efficient than fancy APS.
