  4.  Marshall Kinnaird  sometimes when you have a leaking pipe, you often have to wrap it with gaffer tape as a temporary fix (ie, Biden) before you can fix the leaking pipe properly. (ie, legislate in Ranked Choice Voting and the abolition of the Electoral College). Only by fixing this broken and corrupt voting system will we be able to progress forward again.
