I'm happy that you've never had any real crisis situations in your life. I wouldn't do such a thing. I am not inclined to panic. Iv'e seen worse things done, such as behind the wheel. When people get panicking they do most anything.

@koro9088 Nobody does, really. The primary issue is that the decedent put his hands on a a rifle he was not authorized to touch. He put the police in a position to use lethal force.

False. Mark attempted to use violence to escape custody. Police applied proportional force. Mark went byebye.

@Goliath_Stallone Defamation? That might not stick since he did not publish it or put it online. Obstruction? I felt the same way. By voicing his opinion he risked officer safety due to the surviving captive's distress. I say, let the DA manage it.

@appleandre2735 "That’s just complete incompetence." I'm not a police officer. I do not know what Agency rules are about encountering a suspect while wearing a rifle. The idea that the Officer enticed the suspect to grab the rifle is like excusing assault because a lady dressed in a revealing outfit in public. You're not supposed to touch other people's bang-bangs or their personals without consent.
