  1. Europeans who think massive deportation will happen are deep in copium. Not only would the immigrants and their descendants resist, but locals would not be for it either.

  2. If Europe wanted to it sure could get international governments to receive the people from their countries - obviously not by military means, but by economic coertion, it should be possible. Countries who would scoff at the economic carrot and sticks Europe could use, probably would be economically well off enough and have enough rule of law to welcome their citizens back because it's the lawful thing to do. The others probably would accept the deal, like the Turks accept hosting millions of Syrians.
