  7. Pres Zelenskyy means by this statement "It doesn't mean that all territories must be recaptured." ; he means "...recaptured FIRST ". He wants Russia to retreat and a allied plan to negotiate even before Russia fully withdraws or Ukraine recaptures everything, but start that plan now. I think everyone can stop being so crazy excited about giving away land, it's totally not that. ❤️🇺🇦
