  1. It is a well-known fact that businesses do not comment whenever there is pending litigation. The real douche bags here are the journalists running the story. They know damn well that the other side won’t comment, and all they have to do is say “we reached out for comment” and their asses are covered.

  2. Stop blaming law enforcement you fool. The ones whose work is horrible is the journalists. As usual, presenting only one side of a story and leaving people dangling, all just to frame a narrative and garner ratings. Journalist know damn well that at least one side of a story cannot comment while there is pending litigation, yet they run the story anyway. They are horrible people.
