@erniejones5008 according to Cornell: Assault is generally defined as an intentional act that puts another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact. It would appear you, sir, do not know what assault means.

@erniejones5008 please just read the legal definition of assault. I posted it please read it. Because you do not know what the word assault means by its legal definition. You keep giving the colloquial definition not the legal one. Colloquially assault means a physical attack legally it means the possibility of a physical attack.

@AbsolBubon Not to mention this has become a straight up trend in the black community. We just had a bunch of black guys have an old man pull a gun on them because they threw water on his car and pretended it was gasoline.

@misterbeeps technically you're right. But.... Please ask if you want to press charges for a reason. Is there really point in the police pressing charges against someone if the victim is just going to drop them first thing? No. There isn't. So if the victim says they don't want charges pressed the police have no reason to do so. As long as she says she doesn't want to press charges what's the point of police arresting this man? They don't have the victim on their side. Just ask domestic violence victims.

Ok I'm going to assume this black lady aborted all of her babies instead of popping out 14 by 13 different daddies so it does explain how she doesn't understand that 6-month pregnant women can't jump over a bike. Also I'm going to point out the timing of the young men's receipt is suspicious as hell. And I mean people already accused the white lady of photoshopping her receipt so my assumption is those screenshots are all photoshopped. I'm just going to assume that without any evidence and probably be right. To anyone taking what this woman is saying at face value how stupid are you? This lady has literally no reason to do anything but lied to us. Her brother tried to rob a 6-month pregnant nurse after a 12-hour shift. Of course she's lying! She doesn't want her brother to go to jail for the crimes he committed against this woman. And they're black so they'll probably get away with it anyway.

I've only ever been attacked in public by black people. I had a black woman jump out of her car and attack my car in the middle of the fucking street. The idea that the black community doesn't allow this shit is laughable. No offense to you sir but seriously that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of my life.
