  1. The judge did the right thing. Unfortunately Dolton did not follow Illinois state law. You can't ask if the people want a recall and then do the recall on the same ballot. Follow the lot and it won't get tossed out. I live in Illinois.

  2. 3:48 it wasn't thrown out because Illinois doesn't have that many recalls it was thrown out because the recall didn't follow Illinois state law. You can't ask the village if they want to recall and have the recall on the same ballot. They have to be on two different mallets two different elections. They didn't do that. It got thrown out because they didn't follow the law. As a resident of Illinois I wish they either had done it correctly the first time or tried it again!
