  1. In your experience, people from which country had better proficiency in English? - Serbia or Georgia?

  2.  @dakotaashton  What would you say the reason behind that is? I think It's somewhat strange(but a positive thing for English speakers) for a pro-Russian nation like Serbia to have its citizens with such a high English proficiency.
