  1. Personally, I wish they had permitted the EPA guy to finish his statement, because therein seemed to be a plausible theory. Nature always held danger, but now we've got new danger. Hate that an entire family AND the dog died. So sad.

  4. Jim Morgan, Thanks for speaking up on here. Those facts are good to know & consider. I am terrified that the Boundary Waters Canoe Area's habitats will become poisoned someday.

  7.  @greyeaglem  I agree with you 100% on all points!! Times change. Throughout history, certain jobs have become obsolete & people find new opportunities. In my lifetime, I have moved states for jobs. But the BWCA is something worth preserving at all costs. I have great memories of enjoying its rare beauty with my family while growing up. It must be preserved for future generations.
