Skimmed entire 200pg tome, "rational" for judgment made in advance. Tipped her hand in the first sentence referring to his wealth. Then multiple times including "the richest man in the world..." Not that it matters but he wasn't even in top 10 richest when WE the shareholders overwhelmingly voted for his contract.

  43. IDK but in SF for example--ppl quit reporting car burglaries, shoplifting, assault and more because they aren't prosecuted, theirs no point in it and cops rightly don't bother with the catch and release policies. Murder is the only stat that is accurate, most of those are counted.
