  1.  @mrrolandlawrence  Hard to say but Virgin has a track record and Boom doesn't, I'd bet on V if anything.

  2.  @jefftube58  It's all about costs and environmental impact, size is relatively trivial and things can usually be scaled up. Concord was a flop due to excessive operating cost and sonic boom incurred limitations.
