Elon is not seeking more pay, he's seeking more control, do your darn homework Doomberg.

Maybe but not for your reasons, rescinding Elon's comp package is a stain on Delaware not Tesla and the market agrees. If anything--shrugging off BS "bad news" is good news for the stock, nothing new, we've been dealing with extreme bias against Tesla/Elon for over a decade.

@pattiekim9615 Right. And while I definitely do not want him working for me for free, as he has been for sometime now, he's focused on avoiding some nefarious institutional investor take over down the pike, not at all out of the question or unreasonable. (Blackrock, a gaggle of billionaires or group of big funds, say) I want Elon to be incentivized, highly rewarded and 'locked in' for as long as possible. Not too concerned about the price, just make him content and tie performance to rewards just as before, that's the way he likes it and the rest of us should too. Never was a more just and proper comp pkg in the brief history of capitalism, than his previous pkgs.

@SonTimba Understand that he was overthrown from PayPal while on his honeymoon and, more relevant, started OpenAI, as open source nonprofit, to counter the Leftist lunatic controlled alternatives, only to have that too be taken over by insidious forces. He has done nothing remotely wrong with regards to managing Tesla in this context. Yeah saving Twitter from both bankruptcy and the Neo-Marxist activists, was arguably necessary to alter the course toward becoming the USSA. Do you suppose Tesla, SpaceX and the rest can even exist under Communist rule?? You may not understand or agree but he sees AI in the wrong hands as an existential threat, almost everyone who understands AI agrees.

@one1blue It's worked great so far, we all got rich along with him, if you were so smart maybe you wouldn't be a mouthy peasant.

@one1blue You earned your poverty. The diff between prosperity and poverty is 1st and foremost a state of mind. You have the poverty mentality to match your state of existence...hmmm?

@pvelectronics4291 Easy to make childish comments when you don't have skin in the game. As a LT shareholder I want him well compensated, content that he can override any potential nefarious forces, and 'locked in' for the next, say 10 yrs.

@SlamSector Tesla doesn't pay under the comp pkg we all voted FOR, it's a modest dilution in the stock which paid off to the tune of 10X in 6 yrs for US. And it's no one's damn business other than the stockholders. When criminal Biden says about 'going after Elon' for "unclear reasons": "'There are many many ways.'" Take him seriously, most overtly corrupt regime in USA history. Including having the FCC violate it's contract with SpaceX, bogus investigations, this incident, on and on.

@singed8853 Don't be a presumptuous PRICK, if you are capable of any scrap of adulthood. I've gone thru every page of it, have YOU? As far as I know Elon made one mild single sentence Tweet. Get your head out of your Commy ASS.

@maxpayne7419 You children thinking short term...you'll never get ahead until you learn how to invest instead of treating the market as a casino. I'm up near 10X in just under 5 short yrs on TSLA and likely be up another 10 or 20X in the next 5.
