@billtuqoise1343 I know many peoples minds can never grasp this but judge's are too always remain impartial treating all rivals or disputants equally. It's really convenient to just blame opposition for all problems and never self reflect.

@billtuqoise1343 has NOTHING to do with judge's and EVERYTHING to do with laws. They are minors and by law can't be held in adult court at 13. This case isn't even done lol. They were just offered a plea deal.

@billtuqoise1343 I don't think you understand this case at all. The girls are saying they are not guilty and prosecution gave them the option for a plea deal, most likely cause they are 13 and 15. What's this have to do with judge's being impartial???!!??

Do you want the girls who are 13 to get life in jail or death? The case is still open for one so there isn't even any argument besides the judge allowed a plea deal for 2nd degree murder under the prosecution advice . You added that they won't get any time for some reason probably to make your claim sounds better. But now you've made yourself unreliable.👍 2nd degree murder is class A felony which can get life. It's literal definition is " intentional murder that lacks premeditation." Sounds EXACTLY right to me in this case. You sound biased , what do you want to happen to the 13 year old and 15 year old girls who wanted to steal car and ended up being murderers?

@billtuqoise1343 I don't even know all the details of these cases and I hope justice is served. (I literally just looked when you mentioned it.) All I said is judge's are too remain impartial and they typically do for most part. You'd have to find examples of one judge being biased or unfair and that's a lot of work. That's imo why you're making everything red and blue. YOUR problem is with state laws and nothing to do with judge's decision being unfair/ biased. State laws are deciding by elected officials who are appointed by the people .so 🤷 You have to be more specific because idk what you're implying . That justice is only served in red states? Really? Don't get me started
