  7.  @squirtle88  I'm no child behavior expert but it just seems the best thing is to scare the kid by showing him the actual consequences of his actions and reality of life. I think I'm assuming the teachers were at the end of their rope .A boy needs to learn it's not ok to hit females which he appears to be boy and typical teacher is female . It's also usually a single mother so fines etc isn't really going to actually help the child at the end of the day . Usually the police actual take very good care of children from my experience.
