@squirtle88 traumatized pfff kid needs to learn swinging on teachers. You don't know what this kid does . My friends little brother stabbed a teacher with a pencil . What do you propose they do? Just send him home suspended?

@squirtle88 I think the cops should talk to him with his parents obviously. I doubt they actually charged him it's more like it's suppose to scare him . Let's be real if he keeps it up he will end up with police anyway so it's best to teach them younger.

@squirtle88 I'm no child behavior expert but it just seems the best thing is to scare the kid by showing him the actual consequences of his actions and reality of life. I think I'm assuming the teachers were at the end of their rope .A boy needs to learn it's not ok to hit females which he appears to be boy and typical teacher is female . It's also usually a single mother so fines etc isn't really going to actually help the child at the end of the day . Usually the police actual take very good care of children from my experience.
