  42. @ how can you be arguing in favor of Reaganomics and saying you’re against trickle down economics? Makes no sense In 2024 USA spent $6.8T and collected $4.92T leaving a deficit of $1.83T. So how in your mind does reducing $2T in spending and reducing revenue by $4-5T stabilize the debt to GDP ratio? This proposal increases the deficit obviously unless you subscribe to the theory of T.D.E. To increase revenue Trump proposes to use tariffs which hurt the middle and poor class, while his cuts benefit the80-90th percentile. Arguing in favor of tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations and claiming they will stimulate economic growth and benefit everyone is literally trickle down economics. I hear you saying you want to reduce spending but the areas that MAGA wants to cut are an attack on the middle and poor and the benefits go to the upper class. Usa could easily reduce and end the debt to GDP ratio by increasing taxes. Taxes just need to increase by 2.2% of the GDP. A 1% payroll tax equals $1.3T in revenue, a 2% increase $2.5T revenue and ends the deficit. Raising taxes on the rich would raise around 1% of GDP over 10 years. Raising corporate taxes 0.8% of GDP…. Deficit eliminated … simple . But trump is lowering corporate taxes and lowering payroll taxes to the rich. I just explained how a tax increase that you would never even feel would end the deficit so please tell me why spending is the issue and how trump’s proposal is anything other than trickle down TRUMPS TAX PLAN IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN TRICKLE DOWN THEORY !!!how can you not see this
