Biden was clutching his desk when presented with his 81st birthday cake. When Putin did the same it was a sign that he was gravely ill.

@OrbitalTrails-x5s they already lost the war though. The soldiers, by quitting, win.

This reminds me of a Spitting Image sketch where the Bush I administration was trying to reboot the United Nations and needed a name for the new organisation. One of them said "Well, we've got to call it United Something...," which Bush thought was a great idea - "or U.S. for short!"

If Russia wanted to sew instability in the US it would a) support BLM and the narrative surrounding it and b) tell everyone the President is working for the Russians. So if you see anyone doing those things... The timing of these revelations could not be better for anyone wanting to hide the news of the election audits.

How can Russia enter into negotiations now after being taken for double-crossed in Minsk and (regarding the good will pullback from Kiev at least) in Istanbul? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me three times...?
11
@Rampart.X The Hill reported on it a few years ago. Headline: "The reality of neo-Nazis in Ukraine is far from Kremlin propaganda". Russia's claims are all true, and not all the stories have been scrubbed from Western media yet to fit in with the new narrative. You can also find glowing opinion pieces on the banning of Russian language if you look for them, and the UN itself reported 13,000 civilians killed by the Ukrainians in the regions which separated after the coup. What was written by the OP is true, YOU fell for the misinformation! You can find videos of artillery in residential areas on Telegram, Twitter is so censored the people there think Russia is losing. There are also videos of people using Zelensky's AKs to kill civilians, they're either settling scores or paranoid about "sabateurs".

@funkydanieluk they hadn't gained territory, they mostly just parked on roads around Kiev. It looked impressive on a map, but they did not send enough men to take Kiev, only to force negotiations. It was a success, and was ended when it had served its purpose. They no longer need to negotiate, they can impose a governorship on what remains of the country.

If Ukraine is predicting losing Donbas in October, could that be because of the election in November? I don't doubt the outcome, but the suggested timescale might be to encourage the passing of another large bill.

The Kiev Independent reported that that place was entered by UKR troops seeking to deal with conspirators, after the Russians withdrew. They deleted the report when the narrative became clear, but the negotiators would have known what really happened, and that would be why, as Alexander stated, it played no part in the decision to end what had been agreed.

@chrisgreene2623 being popular doesn't make him a dictator. The common factor with him, Orban and Bukele is not that they aren't elected or don't have parliaments constraining them, it's that they work for the people who elect them. That's why they are called dictators. The EU president is not elected, and never called a dictator, because she works against her citizens.

@JosephBisio there was no consideration of "giving up a land bridge" because they never wanted the war in the first place, so were satisfied with the existing border. They had been negotiating for months to avoid it, and the first thing they did after entering the country was to have more negotiations. There is no evidence of a Russian involvement in that place you mentioned. There were no such reported casualties there before Ukraine sent in troops to deal with supposed collaborators, and the vixtims shown around the world had white armbands. There was also video of UKR troops shooting prisoners in a dairy, yet Russia was able to negotiate. Also, search "dailymail 11284819 taking" Zelensky handled the situation as badly as he possibly could. He has no right to blame anyone else, the buck stops with him.
7
Russia does have an ideological appeal, by virtue of it rejecting all the extreme elements of progressivism.
6
@smilebehappy6102 they can get gold by selling their own exports for gold. The point is it will kill the dollar, and do to the US regime what their own sanctions are supposed to do to Russia.
5
@JosephBisio an agreement had been initialled and both sides knew the allegations were false (see my previous comment). There was video of UKR atrocities, but Russia was still able to negotiate, so there should be no reason that baseless claims about what Russians supposedly did would prevent UKR negotiating.

Zelensky was thinks fighting a war is as easy as putting on a green t-shirt and taking plaudits from presidents and billionaires on video conferences. I bet he has more than 1 potato per day to keep him going.

@ЯБезымянный-о5ф Alexander has been selling people bridges all year! He'll get them a new one in no time.
4
@carolineansell3497 it was in 2014. There were lots of news stories about it at the time, go and search for them. Use "maidan" as a keyword.

I read recently that "a tactic blindly repeated and ultimately successful is, in hindsight, indistinguishable from a strategy". The munitions situation is a consequence of the west having no grand strategy. Rather, it is being pushed along by identitarian agitators seeking to increase their power with small grabs wherever they can make them, which they usually accomplish by using the repeated successful tactic of calling people names who are not sufficiently "nice" to preferred groups and interests. That's no way to maintain a global power base, or even to maintain a coherent society.

The cost-effectiveness of taking out a drone with a fighter jet should be calculated on the value of the infrastructure the drone is aimed at, not the cost of the plane.
3
@mohmoony3918 he did say 61 and 39, it's at 47:35 in the previous video. That may not be what Russia announced, but if it's what Alexander's critics were adding together, they were incorrect.

He's a distraction, he reads a script.

Count the number of anglo-saxons in the UK and US cabinets.

So Turkey's re-orientating its economy towards Russia. Didn't Ukraine try to do something like that in 2013?
2
Putin's comments on the existence of Ukraine as a state can be interpreted as Russia having no desire for it not to be, but no qualms about doing whatever it takes to prevent Ukraine launching operations against Russia. In short: if Ukraine won't surrender, it won't survive.
2
@Moontrue1on1 searching "Leopards Russian Bear Decisions Intelligence Vacuum" should get it.

Russia's submarines are treating the British Isles like a roundabout.

@calvyncraven1141 the futures market is just paper. If countries have to send real gold to Russia for oil and gas, the promises within the futures market will become even less credible than they already are. There are constantly reports on how difficult it is to secure gold in large quantities, whereas the paper market generally settles in dollars not gold.

The Federal Reserve board is unelected too, and they opposed it.

"you don't march on Moscow, and you do not bluff Beijing" And you don't advance on Afghanistan.

At the rate they are pushing people to the front lines, there will be a Ukrainian military until there is no Ukrainian person.

Since those last war games the US military has begun an ideological purge of its most patriotic people and doubled-down on wokeness. China merely needs to wait.

It's not only the Global South which rejects "European values," it's Europeans too!
1
Given that the west has fought this as a propaganda war, the Russians need to demand public opinion being reset as a condition of western surrender. For example, Russia imposes a governor on Ukraine until 66% of key western populaces agree with certain facts about the lead-up to the war and events within it. If this is not done, we will find ourselves back in this situation again in a generation (if the west has not collapsed by then).
1
If Trump wants to end the war given that control and funding has been passed to Europe, he could recognise the new Russian border and sign a defense pact with them.
1
For context regarding that article about Russia's economy "staggering but on its feet," consider that on 27th February western media began to report that the war was costing Russia €20 billion each day. That was 175 days ago. €3.5 trillion and still standing!

@MaxJames597yompfitness IWS will say whatever it takes to get more of your money for their cause. Mediazona says its 50k, so you should assume other deceptions are on a similar scale.
1
@rwjazz1299 what is "Ukraine"? After the coup, people in the regions where democracy was stolen from them decided not to be part of Ukraine, so the illegitimate government in the west killed them and brought them to heel. The Ukraine elite has no right to claim what seeks to be rid of it.
