  6. Technically, yes. But all that is meaningless if it has a crack in the structure, water (cooling agent) drains out, and that’s when meltdown becomes unavoidable. And a bomb on the facility destroys all means of controlling the rise of the rods. Also causing immediate loss of life of technicians &/or loss of physical access to means of gaining control over any pending nuclear reaction. From the Ukraine point of view, the radiation would likely harm many Ethnic Russians and allied fighters in the area. Isn’t this supposed to be a large reactor? How does it compare with Japan’s Fukushima in size?
