  2.  @noctilucera7585  that is a cultural phenomenon. In Germany it is normal to eat cooked meat (when kept in the fridge) cold the next day - like leftover roast or meatballs. When I had British or American roommates that was a no-go for them - and I don't no whay?! The same with horse meat: generally an US-American won't touch it.

  3. Fun fact: In Europe people can eat ground meat raw not because it is made out of plants but because it is made out of fresh, controlled meat. Crazy, I know... but Europeans would not buy it packages but freshly from their local high quality butcher.
