This is the cause and effect of "The United States has the third highest general top marginal corporate income tax rate in the world at 39 percent, which is the same as Puerto Rico and is exceeded only by Chad and the United Arab Emirates." 4. Only an imbecile would think you can raise taxes as much as you want and the people effected won't take measures to protect themselves or they won't just leave and stop paying taxes all together. A certain person with the initials B.S. (and liberals in general) comes to mind.
