  3.  @peter9162  The City of London is responsible for a large chunk of GDP, brought in via the financial sector, and therefore, its performance, and or prosperity affects all hardworking British taxpayers I'm afraid. It is a concern of all Brits to have an interest in how it is run, or managed. Should it not be?
